Find a file by its agent path
GET/api/v2/files/by-path
Resolves the exact agent path of a stored file (e.g. file_id of a file_preview
artifact) to the file and its id. The agent's .md text views
(/data/user_data/scan.pdf.md) are not stored files and return 404.
