Delete an owned chat session
DELETE/api/v2/chat-sessions/:session_id
Deletes the session as the application does: it leaves the session list, can no longer
be read or continued, and its public link stops working. An active turn is cancelled.
Files the agent saved stay on the drive; list them first with
GET /api/v2/chat-sessions/{session_id}/files.
