Searches legal sources with OpenSearch (BM25) and Qdrant (vector) together, fuses both rankings and reranks the candidates with a cross-encoder. The 50 best documents after reranking form the result pool; page and page_size page inside it, so pagination_info.total is at most 50. Every result carries the reranker score.

Rate limits per API key: 10 requests per minute and 200 per day (the daily quota is shared with GET /api/v1/search_literal only). Over a limit the API answers 429 with a Retry-After header. For plain full-text matching use GET /api/v1/search_literal.
