Answer the pending question and resume the same turn
POST/api/v2/chat-sessions/:session_id/turns/:turn_id/questions/:message_id/answers
Persists answers before resuming the same turn. There must be one answer array per prompt. The turn stays paused until all pending deferred questions are resolved. Matching replay of an already-resolved question returns the current session; a different action or answer returns 409. If-Match guards the pending question.
